As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, selling our IT staffing and managed services by identifying new business opportunities, maintain and grow single or multiple accounts, partner with the recruiting team, and meet Trinus’ business objectives and goals under the guidance of our Director of Sales. Together with that, our desire will be to help you grow professionally, while making a six-figure income.

 Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales, client account management experience
  • Proven ability to manage executive-and-manager-level client relationships and expectations
  • Proven track record of managing or assisting in managing a 6-or-7-figure book of business

 Scope & Responsibility

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key client personnel in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client staffing and technology needs on an ongoing basis
  • Expand relationships with client accounts by frequently meeting client hiring managers at all levels
  • Secure new staffing opportunities and work with recruiting team to close them
  • Gain market share at assigned client accounts by increasing revenue and gross margins
  • Clearly communicate client requirements to the recruiting team
  • Manage client SLAs, resolve issues, provide periodic reports, and track and measure progress

Compensation

Base + performance-based bonuses + incentives. Full benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays and vacation.
